Reading a server spec sheet

The abbreviations used in the catalog and configurator, so picking bays and drives is easier.

1U, 2U, 4U
Server height in a rack. 1U is 1.75 inches (4.45 cm); a standard rack is 42U tall.
2.5″ and 3.5″ bays
Front drive slots you can hot-swap. 3.5″ bays suit high-capacity HDDs; 2.5″ drives fit 3.5″ bays with a converter.
U.2 NVMe
A 2.5″ NVMe SSD that goes in a front bay, much faster than a SATA SSD. It only fits U.2-capable bays, and RAID runs in software.
M.2 NVMe
A small card-shaped NVMe SSD installed inside the chassis, not in a front bay.
ECC REG
Server memory with error correction (ECC) and a register (RDIMM), so it stays stable at high capacity.
Node
A complete server with its own processors, memory and network. The C6220 II fits 4 nodes and the MicroCloud 8 nodes in one chassis.
iDRAC, iLO, IMM, IPMI
Remote management ports: restart the server, see its screen and install an OS without going to the data center.
04 / warranty & shipping

Worth knowing before you buy

Warranty

  1. 01A 2-month warranty from the day you receive the server.
  2. 02A 1-year warranty if the server is placed (colocated) in our partner data center in Jakarta.
  3. 03A failed component, such as a CPU or RAM module, is replaced at no cost. If the whole server fails, the server is replaced.
  4. 04The failed part is sent back first. A replacement that is not in stock in Jakarta is shipped from abroad, which takes about 4 to 6 weeks.
  5. 05If an identical replacement is not available, we replace it with the same or a higher spec, or as agreed.

The warranty does not cover a spec you agreed to at the start, damage from use (such as CPU overclocking, a drop or something falling on it), or a missing or damaged warranty label.

Shipping

  1. 01Stock is not always in Jakarta. Units in stock ship right away with the courier we agree on.
  2. 02Units not yet in Jakarta are shipped from abroad, which normally takes 1 to 2 months from the order. Prices already include shipping to Jakarta and customs duties.
  3. 03Shipping from the Jakarta or Depok warehouse to your address is paid by the buyer, and free if the server is colocated in our partner data center.

  1. 01Prices are per unit and exclude 11% VAT (PPN).
  2. 02The final price, stock and payment terms are in the written quote from our team.
  3. 03Component prices, drives and memory especially, can change with the market.
