How to sign up as an affiliate

Register at client.jetorbit.com/register.php. Skip this step if you are already a customer.

Open the Affiliates menu in the Client Area and click Activate.

Copy your link & banners
Your affiliate link and banners appear on the same page, ready to place wherever you promote.
Affiliate program terms
Promotion
- You may promote or place your affiliate link and banners on any kind of media, including paid ads.
- Ordering through your own affiliate link is not allowed.
- Promoting or placing links on media that break Indonesian law, such as gambling, pornography, indecent or illegal drug sites and the like, is not allowed.
- Spam techniques may not be used for promotion.
Commission payouts & tax
- Commission can be withdrawn after a 7-day consolidation period, during which we review your affiliate account.
- Payouts are requested through the Client Area and processed within 1 – 5 business days, with a minimum balance of Rp100,000.
- Commission is paid out as long as the service of the customer you referred is still active.
- Commission not withdrawn within 60 days after the consolidation period automatically becomes account credit for buying Jetorbit services.
- Commission is subject to Indonesian income tax (PPh), withheld before payout. Attach your NPWP (tax ID) to avoid the higher rate applied without one.

Jetorbit Affiliate Program FAQ
How much is the Jetorbit affiliate commission?
20% on the Cloud Hosting Lite & Pro series and Reseller Hosting, and 10% on Cloud VPS (Cloud 1 to Cloud 10, Cloud 1 HF to Cloud 7 HF). Domains and managed cloud (JetVM) are not included.
What is the minimum commission payout?
Commission can be withdrawn once your balance reaches Rp100,000, after the 7-day consolidation period. Payouts are processed within 1 – 5 business days.
Is affiliate commission taxed?
Yes. Affiliate commission is subject to Indonesian income tax (PPh 21 for individuals or PPh 23 for companies), withheld before payout. Attach a valid NPWP (tax ID) to avoid the higher rate applied without one.
What happens if I do not withdraw my commission right away?
Commission not withdrawn within 60 days after the consolidation period automatically becomes account credit. You can spend it on Jetorbit services, but it cannot be paid out to a bank account.
Can I buy services through my own affiliate link?
No. Orders through your own affiliate link are not allowed and earn no commission.
Where can I promote my affiliate link?
On any media: websites, blogs, social media, community groups and paid ads, as long as you do not use spam techniques or place it on media that breaks Indonesian law.
