Cloud 2 HF compared with regular Cloud 2
Tested with the Benchmark Tools plugin in WordPress and YABS, on Cloud 2 HF (Turbo) and a regular Cloud 2 NVMe with the same vCPU and RAM. The gap is widest for applications that depend on a single core.

Cloud Turbo FAQ
How is Cloud Turbo different from Cloud VPS NVMe?
Both use NVMe storage and 3x VM replication. The difference is the processor and memory: Cloud Turbo uses AMD CPUs with clocks up to 4GHz and DDR5 RAM, while Cloud VPS NVMe uses Intel CPUs with ECC RAM. Cloud Turbo is currently only available in the Jakarta data center.
Is Cloud Turbo available in Singapore?
Not yet. Cloud Turbo is only available in the Jakarta data center. For Singapore, choose Cloud VPS NVMe, which is available in both locations.
What is the difference between KVM and OpenVZ?
The difference is in the kernel. On an OpenVZ-based VPS the kernel is shared, so resources are shared too. On KVM, which Jetorbit Cloud VPS uses, your VPS has its own kernel and you control it fully.
Can a Cloud VPS be scaled up or upgraded?
Cloud VPS at Jetorbit can be scaled up or upgraded to a higher plan. To upgrade, open the Client Area, go to My Services, pick your Cloud VPS service, then choose Upgrade under Management Actions.
Can a Cloud VPS be scaled down or downgraded?
Cloud VPS at Jetorbit currently cannot be downgraded to a specification below your current plan. The way to downgrade is to create a new VM and move to it.
What guarantees are included?
Jetorbit Cloud VPS is unmanaged. The guarantee covers connection uptime, 99.9% per month, and access to and from your Cloud VPS. Jetorbit also keeps every node that hosts your Cloud VPS in top condition in terms of I/O and network. Every Cloud VPS still shares a node with other tenants, so CPU, I/O and access performance can vary over time. Jetorbit gives no guarantee against data loss, damage or force majeure; the terms are in the Terms of Service. We therefore recommend keeping your own backups, or using the backup add-on.
Is 3x replication the same as a backup?
No. Replication, or redundancy, is there for availability when a hardware failure or another problem takes a compute node out of service. The system replicates the latest state of your VM periodically, so it is not a backup you can restore to a specific point in time.
Does Jetorbit provide backups for Cloud VPS?
Jetorbit Cloud VPS does not currently include a backup service. You can add the backup add-on separately, from Rp25,000/month. You can also use a third-party backup service.
Does Jetorbit Cloud VPS offer a managed service?
Yes. We offer a managed service for your Cloud VPS, tailored to what you need. For pricing and subscriptions, contact our billing team at jto.us/billing
Do the prices above include tax?
It depends on the view you choose. By default, the prices in the table exclude 11% VAT. Select "with VAT" above the table to see prices after VAT. That option only changes how prices are displayed. PT Jetorbit is a registered VAT-collecting business (PKP), so VAT is still charged when you buy and is itemized on your invoice.
Need more vCPU or RAM than the Cloud Turbo plans offer?
Contact us and the Jetorbit team will help you put the specification together.
