What is reseller hosting?
Reseller hosting is a hosting plan you can split into many hosting accounts for your clients. Each account has its own panel, email and quota, while you manage all of them from a single reseller panel. A good fit for agencies, freelancers and web design businesses.
What is the difference between cPanel and DirectAdmin reseller hosting?
Both let you create and manage client hosting accounts. cPanel/WHM is the panel most users already know, while DirectAdmin is lighter, costs less and includes far more accounts in every plan.
How do I set up custom nameservers?
When your account is activated, we send you the nameserver IP addresses to use for your custom nameservers. You can also contact us at jto.us/bantuan if you want help setting them up.
How long does reseller hosting activation take?
We activate reseller hosting accounts within about 10 minutes of payment being confirmed.
Can my clients create email on their own domains?
Yes. Every account can create email addresses on its own domain name. For example, if your client’s domain is MyBusiness.com, they can create addresses like [email protected] or [email protected].
I want to move to Jetorbit. Can you help?

Do I get SSH access?
SSH access is available on request by opening a ticket with the Support department. It is enabled only for the main domain on your reseller account; reseller sub-accounts do not get SSH.
